


Pastor Jacqueline-Steele Queen
Pastor Jacqueline Steele-Queen is a native of Alexandria, Virginia. She is one of eight children born to the late Mr. Johnie Steele, Sr. and Evangelist Ruth Steele. After graduating from the area high school Pastor Queen continued her education Ft. Belvoir Business College. In 1989, she attended Calvary Bible Institute, and graduated with honors, receiving an Associate’s Degree in Biblical Studies.
Pastor Queen has been in ministry for many years. She served in various capacities for nearly 25 years at the Greater Deliverance Christian Center Church of God in Christ in Washington DC, under the leadership of Bishop John L. Little and Pastor ViCurtis Little, currently the Supervisor of the Jurisdiction of Washington DC Department of Women.
As an evangelist, Pastor Queen travels extensively spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and ministers with a humble spirit and genuine heart to diverse audiences and ethnicities. Pastor Queen strives to fulfill God’s mandate on her life and is committed to counseling and mentoring troubled youth. She has also been blessed with a great music ministry. She is an anointed psalmist and has been featured on numerous studio and live recordings, directed local, district and state choirs for over 33 years and has written several songs which will be recorded in the near future.
In 2005, she founded and became Pastor of Remnant Christian Center in Riverdale, Maryland. The scriptural foundation for the worship ministry at Remnant Christian Center is taken from Jeremiah 23:3,”God is gathering the remnant of His flock, out of all countries, where they have been driven and bringing them back to their folds, and they shall be fruitful and increase.”
Pastor Queen is married to her best friend, Minister John Queen and they have three daughters, Erica, Johnetta, and Ebony.
