Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout).

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to the following countries: We ship across the entire United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).

  • International: We ship to most countries worldwide, including: North America: Canada, Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and others in the EUAsia-Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India

  • Other Regions: South Africa, UAE, Brazil 

  • International shipping times and rates will vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at remnantpublishing@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receiving the damaged item.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas.

  • Some remote locations may incur additional shipping fees or longer delivery times.
